Seriously. I can't make one suggestion without one or two asses going apeshit and not even remotely understanding the point of view I'm trying to get across. You may think this is a bit drastic. No, not really. I'm not trying to impress anyone. I could careless what people think of me or my art or my ideas. I'd much rather be in the artistic company of my friends, showing them my latest than a group of uncaring, self-righteous, know-it-alls whom I have nothing to benefit from.
Your banner doesn't loop to well. I know some people who've done a really good version of snow falling by having it fade into the background color and that way it doesn't snap the way yours does. Actionscripting is also a great way to do it too. Save you on the keyframes too.
Well that's a real easy fix. Just make the text into a movie object and you're all set. Hell, it wouldn't have been that hard to do it in the first place. Spare ya the time of fixing it.
